    Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Pay: $50,000 base + bonuses (expected $100,000+ total) Job Type: Full-time About the Role Are you a natural people person who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment? Our fast-growing criminal defense law firm in Nashville is seeking a Law Firm Sales and Intake Specialist to handle inbound client inquiries, guide potential clients through our intake process, and help them take the next step toward representation. This is not a cold-calling role — all leads are inbound. You’ll talk with people who have already reached out for help and guide them toward the legal solutions they need. Responsibilities: • Answer and return phone calls, web inquiries, and messages from potential clients • Listen with empathy, gather key facts, and determine if the caller is a good fit for our firm • Clearly explain our legal services and how we can help • Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who haven’t yet signed on • Maintain detailed records of all communications in our CRM system • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth client experience • Meet and exceed intake and conversion goals Qualifications: • Excellent communication and listening skills • Prior sales, intake, or customer service experience (legal or medical preferred) • Inbound sales experience is a strong plus • Tech-savvy with CRM and office software • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor • Honest and ethical character — essential in this role • Passion for helping others and a strong “ownership mindset” Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
