We're seeking a person who can sell legal services, assist with and implement new marketing strategies, and build relationships to generate potential client leads. Our firm has a stellar reputation statewide for providing criminal defense legal services, and exceptional client service is our top priority. We fight to protect the rights of good people who may have made a mistake that shouldn’t haunt them for life. We need someone with a strong understanding of sales technologies, methodologies, and best practices. You must be able to sell consultatively, helping potential clients understand their situation, weigh their options, and make important, sometimes painful decisions. If you're looking to work with an amazing team, this is the position for you! We are currently hiring for both part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week) and full-time positions. Part-time team members must be available for at least 5 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, including evening shifts. Both positions will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the firm. Responsibilities: • Convert prospects into clients • Participate in high-impact team strategy sessions to improve client experience and streamline the sales process • Develop workflow follow-up campaigns • Manage and share reports with a supervisor • Create creative ideas for developing new and nurturing existing referral partnerships • Work with top-notch team members in the firm Qualifications: • 3+ Years of Sales experience.
