We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing law firm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and referral partners, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients. Responsibilities: • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners. • Conduct consultations to understand prospective clients’ needs and communicate how our firm can help. • Manage inbound leads and follow up promptly to convert inquiries into new clients. • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including networking, events, and community involvement. • Track sales activities, maintain detailed records in our CRM, and provide regular reports to leadership. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales, business development, or client relationship experience (legal industry experience a plus, but not required). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with CRM software (we currently use Trello to track) and follow-up systems. • A passion for helping people and making a positive impact in their lives. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
