    A specialized law firm based in Temecula, CA, is seeking a non-attorney salesperson Client Engagement Specialist with the right mix of professionalism and persistence to join our team. The Client Engagement Specialist actively participates in lead generation and then meets by telephone, video, and in person with potential new clients (PNCs) to help them find clarity about their situation, educate them about their options and help them make the best decision for their future and for the firm to achieve its goals. Responsibilities: • Manage own schedule to balance availability for meetings with prospective new clients, as well as following up and lead generation activities. • Perform intake tasks and initial screening to qualify leads. • Track and manage leads to ensure our potential new clients (PNCs) receive the attention they deserve and to ensure no business is lost due to poor organization. • Schedule sales consultations. • Follow up with PNCs before the consultation to ensure a successful appointment. • Meet with PNCs to understand their reasons for contacting our firm, and to convey value without giving legal advice. • Use a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls to illustrate the value and benefits of the Firm’s services. • Follow up with new clients who do and potential clients who do not engage our firm. • Open new matters and facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the legal team once the case or matter has begun. • Initiate, execute, and track new PNC campaigns. • Actively participate in developing and delivering seminars, webinars, and speaking engagements. • Follow up with current clients to conduct quality control and post-engagement calls. • Keep detailed and timely notes in the Firm’s CRM (Clio Grow). • Report efforts and results to management on a daily and weekly basis. • Actively engage in dialogue with management regarding the quality and volume of the leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your “front lines” experience. • Periodically attend networking events as a professional representative of the firm. • Stay current with bar rules, legal industry trends, and information. Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales required, preferably sales using a consultative sales approach. • Success selling high-ticket tangible products or professional services is desired. • Demonstrated, proven success in sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing customers. • Experience with Clio Grow, particularly lead tracking and reporting, preferred. • Independent, self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness, along with attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent. • Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset, and knowledge of California estate planning or employment law is a major plus. Compensation: $65,000 -$95,000 at plan earnings
