Responsibilities: • Client Advisory (Spend 75% of your time): Guide clients through the estate planning process, educating them on their options and creating customized plans tailored to their needs. • Client Onboarding (20% of your time): Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, setting the stage for a long-lasting relationship. • Process Improvement (5% of your time): Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the client experience. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role and have sold B2C in a past role. • Desire: to work from home in a fully remote setting talking on the phone/zoom 75% of the day. • Passion: A genuine passion for helping clients navigate their estate planning needs and achieve their financial goals. • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a supportive team environment. • Spanish speakers (Bilingual) are preferred but not required. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly base + bonus opportunities
