    An estate planning office is searching for a remote Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the first stages of their legal journey. The firm is based out of Colorado, but this is a fully remote position. With regular work hours. This position balances legal knowledge, customer service, and administrative skills and requires at least 2 years of legal experience. If you have strong organizational skills and can reliably work independently and as part of a team from the comfort of your home, apply now! You'll spend about 80% of your time engaging with clients on 15-minute calls, learning if there is a match, and educating them on our services. The other 20% of your time will be spent on administrative tasks like managing calendars, documenting intake calls, and following up with clients. Responsibilities: • Discuss estate planning needs with potential clients to determine if we are able to serve their needs • Schedule intake appointments and handle client payments when appropriate • Respond to calls and emails from potential clients immediately and without delay • Ensure the database is updated with client information upon completion of calls Qualifications: • At least 2+ years of relevant experience (legal, customer service, mortgage, sales) • High School diploma or equivalent • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing • Competency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace • Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events, and projects • Ability to quickly solve problems • Strong attention to detail • Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information • A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done • Ability to work independently and remotely Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
