Job Summary
We are a small divorce & family law litigation law firm located in Short Hills, NJ, seeking an experienced, detailed orients, and well-organized administrative assistant to work with 3 family law attorneys and other para-professional staff members in a fast-paced law firm setting. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, photocopying, scanning, filing client file material (paper & electronic files) and handling all of the other related responsibilities of an administrative / clerical staff member in a small office environment.
