As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the office organized and efficient, supporting our attorneys and legal assistants, and ensuring our files and systems are accurate, secure, and up to date. Responsibilities: • Closing out client files, transferring them to closed storage, and preparing envelopes for mailing or archiving • Creating and maintaining hard files and electronic files • Filing documents into hard files after Legal Assistants have uploaded them to the database • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital file systems • Managing office inventory and supplies, including restocking paper, toner, and other materials • Monitoring and refilling printers and copiers to ensure they are always operational • Shredding and securely disposing of confidential materials • Cleaning up and digitizing pre-files and miscellaneous documents at the front desk • Assisting with phone overflow and transferring calls when needed • Performing courthouse runs to pick up dockets and discovery when necessary • Supporting staff with administrative projects and day-to-day office needs Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle confidential information with discretion • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with computers, scanners, and basic office technology • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for courthouse runs) Compensation: $23 - 24 hourly DOE
