    We're searching for a diligent Administrative Professional to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Apply today to become part of the team! This is an in-person position. Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Buy materials for the office when necessary • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness • Opening, closing, and managing the upkeep of all client files • Be able to update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the position • Ability to pivot in the work environment quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized Compensation: $15 - $19 hourly
