Responsibilities: What You'll Do As our Law Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our firm, keeping operations smooth, our team supported, and clients impressed. Your responsibilities will include: Office Operations • Keep the office running like clockwork • Maintain calendars, files, and records • Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Team Leadership • Supervise and mentor administrative staff • Coordinate onboarding and training • Manage schedules and uphold office policies Financial Support • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking • Help manage budgets and timekeeping Tech & Compliance • Oversee legal software and IT tools (experience with MyCase is a plus!) • Ensure data security and compliance with regulations Client Experience • Oversee front desk operations and client intake • Maintain a warm, professional, and confidential environment Qualifications: What You Bring • 3+ years of office management experience (legal field preferred) • Stellar communication and leadership skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management software • Ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and lead with confidence • A commitment to professionalism and discretion Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
