Responsibilities: • Oversee general office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management. • Manage staff members and support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. • Assist with case management and workflow in Clio to ensure cases progress efficiently. • Handle payroll and benefits administration through Insperity. • Monitor and improve internal processes for better efficiency and client service. • Serve as a liaison between firm leadership, staff, and external service providers. Qualifications: • Experience in managing office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. • Proven track record of handling payroll and benefits administration. • Familiarity with legal case management software, such as Clio, to assist in case progression. • Strong organizational skills to oversee facilities, supplies, and vendor management effectively. • Experience in improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and client service. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
