We’re looking for a highly driven Office Manager to lead our administrative staff. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, having experience with QuickBooks and accounting, be able to prepare Profit and Loss, budget, along with all other financial documents, and ensuring our administrative support accurately follows office policies. Responsibilities: • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned • Must have experience with QuickBooks and accounting, and be able to prepare Profit and Loss, budget, and all other financial documents • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective, including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock • Oversee our day-to-day operations Qualifications: • Bookkeeping and Excel experience is a must • Payroll and HR experience is a must • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills • 3 years of management experience or similar work experience required Compensation: $28 - $40 hourly
