    A growing immigration law firm is seeking a Client Coordinator/Intake Specialist. Applicant must be fluent in English and Hindi. We are looking for candidates who: have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have strong organization skills, are responsible and reliable are proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Google applications, and are personable and professional. Applicant must be a team player, self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace. Responsibilities: • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner Scheduling and confirming appointments • Coordinating with clients and attorneys to schedule appointments, court appearances, and other events • Maintaining client files and records in order to provide legal services efficiently and effectively • Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients • Communicating with clients to obtain information about cases and ensure that they understand the steps involved in each case • Emailing out engagement letters • Ensure the attorney is prepared for the week ahead, knows who she’s meeting with, and makes sure they have what they need • Support attorney through the engagement, design, signing, and follow-through sequence which includes managing document systems • Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages • Take down important information from prospective clients • Responding to client inquiries by email • Entering client and case information into the firm's case software management system Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Fluent in Hindi and English • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training. • Qualification in paralegal studies or similar preferred. • Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be advantageous. • Familiarity with legal terms, legal documents, and filing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Extensive experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, and appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 hourly
