JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking individual to manage and distribute information within the office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. This can also include transcribing and proofreading legal documents, scheduling meetings, communicating with clients, filing and organizing important documents. Legal secretary may also send and receive correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.
EXPECTED HOURS
Full time – 9 am – 5 pm
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma / GED equivalent OR 2 years prior experience
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred however not necessary
· Secretarial or administrative support skills
· Background in general legal field preferred however not necessary
· Proficient in computer software
· Customer service
· Strong communication skills
