    We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing estate planning, probate, and guardianship team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare estate plans, guardianships, and probate cases. Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer • Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers • Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research on legal articles, and assisting with client meetings and filing motions • Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues • Aid lawyers in the preparation and execution of estate planning documents, probate cases, and guardianship cases. • Talk with clients to gather information about their legal issues. • Take Care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining our computerized case management system. • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings for estate planning, probate, and guardianship cases. Qualifications: • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education • Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Must have experience with drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents Compensation: $47,500 - $57,500 yearly
