    The Law Office of Deidra Haynes is a family law firm that focuses on the rights of fathers. The firm is known as "A Voice for the Voiceless." We are willing to pay top dollar for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • The ability to effectively manage a fast-moving and high-volume caseload • Must be able to hit the ground running to serve our already-established clients • Conduct legal research, and create legal documents, including correspondences, briefs, motions, pleadings, legal contracts, affidavits, and settlement proposals Qualifications: • Active license in good standing to practice law in Indiana • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with our team of supervising attorneys, paralegals, and staff to best serve client needs and grow our client base • 3-10 years of experience in a variety of family law cases • Proven record of success in advocating for clients • Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings as needed • Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action • Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently • Handle the division of marital assets • Work closely with paralegals and the supervising attorney to ensure swift action through the litigation process • Keep client files properly organized and up-to-date What We Offer: • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Competitive salary and benefits package, including full medical and vision coverage • Bonus and incentive plans for exceeding KPIs Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000
