Our firm is seeking an Intake Attorney to assist in providing legal counsel to leads and current clients. You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, and maintain client files. Benefits include: health and vision insurance Opportunity for bonuses in conjunction with salary for meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Responsibilities: • The intake Attorney position does not require In-Court representation, but does require 100% of consultations while providing legal advice and increasing clientele for the Law Firm • Keep files organized to ensure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Resolve cases efficiently by using strong communication skills, working alongside attorneys and paralegals • Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action Qualifications: • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) • Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client's needs and grow our client base • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited Law School • Successful completion of the Indiana State Bar Exam • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills are required in order to work with clients, staff, and senior attorney Compensation: $30,000 yearly
