Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation dependent on experience and qualifications • Bonus opportunities • Recognized work-life balance • Paid Holidays and PTO • Retirement Plan • Health Insurance Responsibilities: This associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ cases including: • Conduct initial consultations and design, comprehensive strategies for affluent clients • Collaborate with a team of professional advisors to ensure the creation of a holistic plan that addresses the client’s personal, professional, and financial goals • Supervise paralegals and legal assistants to provide high-quality legal work and outstanding customer services • Achieves all assigned KPIs and production requirements • Monitor and manage case flow and move cases forward through the pipeline in accordance with defined milestones • Conduct educational workshops for potential new clients and advisors Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Will • Have a strong background in Business Law • Have experience in entity formation such as LLCs, C-Corps, and S-Corps • Have experience as a transactional Attorney and also in corporate management, promissory notes, and contracts. • Understand and know how to utilize advanced estate planning strategies • Maintain active membership in the Oregon State Bar • Understand and know how to utilize advanced estate planning strategies • Knowledge of Estate Planning, Probate, Business, and Trust Administration • Be a self-starter, a quick learner, and have a solid ability to work both independently and with a team. Be flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively • Be comfortable working with successful, affluent people and families. Be an empathic listener and creative problem solver • Exhibit excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate solid computer and time management skills • Show a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in the handling of personal client information, including following the Rules of Professional Conduct. Express a strong work ethic with high standards for quality of work • Be able to interact with clients, colleagues, and co-workers in a compassionate, personable and professional manner Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
