    The Law Office of Eden Rose Brown is looking for an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney with at least three years of experience. This Attorney will provide compassionate, comprehensive legal services in Estate Planning, Business and Trust Administration matters. Our new attorney will be able to work in our Portland Office with occasional trips to our Salem location. Responsibilities: This associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ cases including: • Conduct initial consultations and design comprehensive strategies for affluent clients • Collaborate with a team of professional advisors to ensure the creation of a holistic plan that addresses the client’s personal, professional, and financial goals • Supervise paralegals and legal assistants to provide high-quality legal work and outstanding customer services • Achieves all assigned KPIs and production requirements • Monitor and manage case flow and move cases forward through the pipeline in accordance with defined milestones Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Will • Possess a strong work ethic and thrives in both independent and highly collaborative, fast-paced environments • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Oregon (Washington Bar membership a plus) • Knowledge of Estate Planning, Probate, Business, and Trust Administration • Be a self-starter, a quick learner, and have a solid ability to work both independently and with a team • Be flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively • Be comfortable working with successful, affluent people and families. Be an empathic listener and creative problem solver • Demonstrate solid computer and time management skills • Show a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in the handling of personal client information, including following the Rules of Professional Conduct • Be able to interact with clients, colleagues, and co-workers in a compassionate, personable and professional manner Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
