Job Description
An Associate will be expected to litigate civil matters in the areas of Family Law, Landlord and Tenant, Contracts, and Trusts and Estates as well as limited criminal defense and juvenile delinquency matters. Conduct legal research and analysis, engage in trial preparation, document drafting, and all forms of discovery. Negotiate settlement/separation agreements and contract disputes. Handle cases from intake until resolution.
