    We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant/Firm Team Lead to join the Law Office of India Y. Ali, LLC and become part of our growing team. In this position, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to the firm, while also leading our team of professionals. As a team leader, you’ll ensure that projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting problems, providing support, and resolving customer complaints. As part of this role, you’ll also oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are done efficiently and accurately. This is a great opportunity to join an established law firm and make a positive impact. Salary is $48,000. Responsibilities: • Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records • Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and research reports • Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner in order to build relationships and gain trust • Monitor and report the progress of long-term projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met • Implement firm policies and procedures, highlight potential risks, and advise on alternatives Qualifications: • US work authorization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience • 5+ years of professional administrative experience • Legal background and experience with legal forms/ filings • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $48,000
