This is a full time position located in the Lower Manhattan area. Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00AM or 9:30AM to 5:30PM

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish, Spanish, Portuguese
• Availability on Saturday Mornings are a plus, but not required
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Immigration Law

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Process Cancellation of Removal Applications for Court Hearings

• Prepare and Process Motions, Packets of Supporting Documents for All Kinds of Court Hearings.

• Prepare and Process Asylum Applications

• Prepare and Process various Family Based Petitions and applications, including but not limited to I-130, I-485, I-601/A, National Visa Center, etc

• Prep clients for various interviews

• Communicate with clients to answer and address all questions and concerns regarding their cases

• Coordinate with attorneys with respect to case updates, deadlines, prep sessions, etc

• Continuously keep up to date with deadlines and tasks
