Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of case management and trial preparation, which includes client meetings and interactions • Analyze legal conflicts, provide advice to clients, negotiate on their behalf, and ensure efficient case resolution through collaboration with senior attorneys and paralegals • Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy for other legal team members • Conduct legal research, draft various legal documents, oversee discovery, and provide status updates • Follow case flow procedures and meet all case deadlines effectively • Work as a sound analyst and collaborator to achieve client goals and implement strategies Qualifications: • Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from a reputable law school • Demonstrate effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities to interact with staff and clients at all levels • Ability to track and meet minimum billable requirements consistently • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Dropbox, electronic legal research, and essential case management tools • Approach challenges with a positive attitude, viewing them as opportunities for personal and professional growth Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonuses
