Clark seeks a detail-oriented go-getter and problem-solver for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our busy Estate Planning and Probate law firm. We are a small law firm looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, the ability to follow specific instructions, and the ability to figure things out with minimal hand-holding. Responsibilities: • Provides administrative support for the Principal Attorney/CEO, assisting with her calendar, schedule, email, and day-to-day functions (professional and personal). • Correspond with vendors, contractors, and referral sources to establish/maintain professional relationships. • Organize and maintain office files, records, and notes. • Provide routine assistance with computers, printers, and other office equipment (setting up, fixing, etc.) • Manage procurement and order office supplies as needed. • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing special projects to further the firm's growth and outreach. • Participate in Estate Planning signing ceremonies as needed. • Personal assistant responsibilities for the Principal Attorney/CEO. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree preferred; professional experience in lieu of degree will be considered. • Prior administrative experience, especially in an executive assistant capacity, strongly preferred. • Extremely organized. • Strong grammar skills and attention to detail. • We are an Apple-based office, so you will need to know how to navigate and troubleshoot a Mac computer without needing the assistance of others. Compensation: $41,000-$55,000, depending on experience
