As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to contact and negotiate with consumers to resolve outstanding delinquencies in a fast paced, high-volume work environment, while providing stellar customer service. Sales, call center, dispatching, collections, food service or customer service experience is a plus, however no experience is necessary as the candidate will receive thorough training and resources to succeed in this position.

Nelson & Kennard is an established law firm specializing in Creditor's Rights for 35 years. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals for our evening shift who are passionate about customer service, take pride in their work and have the desire to succeed.

· Must be available to work a variety of 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00AM - 9:00PM Monday through Thursday and between 8:00AM - 7:00PM on Fridays, as well as 1-2 Saturdays per month (10:00AM-2:00PM).

OTHER CHARACTERISTICS DESIRED:

· Reliable, punctual and willing to learn new processes in a constantly evolving industry

· Previous negotiation, customer service or sales experience is a plus

· Must be competitive and self-driven

· Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume and goal-oriented environment

· Must have strong time management skills

· Must be a self-motivated individual capable of multitasking

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

· Managing a large portfolio of diverse, multi-client accounts

· Handling upwards of 150 incoming and outgoing calls each day

· Negotiating with individuals to resolve delinquent balance accounts

· Resolving disputes in a professional and respectful manner

· Managing accounts through the legal collections process (including post-judgment execution)
