Our CA Estate Planning practice is expanding. We are looking for an experienced compassionate estate planning attorney to work a hybrid position. This position is predominately remote but you will need to meet with clients for signing. We require a highly detailed applicant with excellent organizational abilities who is available part-time. You will prepare documents and meet with clients for signing. Our ideal candidate will have extensive estate planning and probate knowledge, be a qualified attorney, and have excellent written communication abilities. Responsibilities: Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current Create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for your clients Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action • Creating personalized estate planning documents • Must be in the office for client signings and meetings Qualifications: Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations Wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years is required • Active in good standing CA Bar membership Compensation: $42,000 - $65,000 yearly
