    Job Description

    The Law Office of Robert B. Jobe is a nationally recognized immigration law firm based in San Francisco, California. Specializing in matters related to family-based based immigration, and removal defense, we have successfully litigated watershed cases that have shaped immigration law in the western United States. We have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Legal Assistant. Although previous experience is not required, the ideal candidate would have experience in matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals with family-based petitions, adjustments of status, and other family-based petitions for relief. What IS required is a great no-drama attitude, consistent work ethic, and reliability. You must be able to juggle competing deadlines with grace and demonstrate unyielding empathy for our clients. You must also be authorized to work in the United States. This can be in-person or remote but you must live within the United States.

    Salary depends on experience but starts at a minimum of $55K. We offer medical/dental benefits, accrued sick and vacation time, and eight paid holidays.
