Hours: For the full-time position (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday) Start date: Immediate Location: Newport Beach, CA Responsibilities: • Answer phones and facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other Firm engagements • Maintain paper and electronic case files • Receive and process daily mail • Order office equipment and supplies as needed  • Assist with department overflow as needed • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services  • Help to create marketing opportunities and plan events for client base in the community to improve the Firm’s reputation and visibility • Interface with Firm’s IT consultant • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties  Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required some college experience preferred • Customer service or administrative experience is preferred • History of being deadline-driven and organized • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Reliable, trustworthy, dependable • Self-sufficient, but unafraid to seek further instructions when needed • Positive, enthusiastic team player • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Ambitious and desire for professional and personal development Compensation: $14 - $19 hourly, commensurate with experience
