Please note that this is a full-time, in-office position. Responsibilities: • Ability to handle Trust Administration-Decedent’s Estate cases from beginning to end • Ability to handle Conservatorship cases or Probate cases from beginning to end • Meeting and communicating with prospective and existing clients • Marshaling, organizing, and analyzing asset information • Filing documents with the court, scheduling court appearances, and service • Calendaring and preparing files for hearings and client meetings Qualifications: • Proven experience in the area of Trust Administrations-Decedent’s Estates, and either Conservatorships or Probates • Paralegal certification or qualifications which satisfy the requirements of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Actionstep is a plus!) • Detailed-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively • Reliable commute or will relocate prior to starting position Compensation: $28 - $36 hourly DOE
