    • Do you enjoy providing clients with an exemplary customer service experience – and understand the importance of doing so? • Can you be described as a welcoming, empathetic people person who is driven by making someone’s day better and helping people? • Have you been told that your communication skills are impeccable?This position offers a respectful team culture, opportunities for professional development, opportunities for performance-based increases, and benefits.Compensation : $14 - $18 hourly (Depending on Experience) We see clients and prospective new clients as human beings, not as cases or matters. They are real people with real lives, loved ones in need, careers, relationships, and businesses that require more than just a legal solution. Clients are often scared, intimidated, and confused by the legal process. They often find comfort knowing that someone at the Firm is staying on top of the status of their important legal matter and that they can always call and reach someone at the Firm who will listen to them and see to it that their questions are answered.  Responsibilities: • Your basic responsibilities: In this role, you will take control of the front-end client experience by being the Firm’s first point of contact. Ideally, you will have some legal experience, but we are willing to train the right service-minded administrative professional. The most important qualities you can possess are a great attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and a sincere desire to care for our potential and existing clients. • Answer phones and welcome in-person guests • Schedule appointments and manage calendars • Communicate with potential and existing clients by phone, in person, and by email • Assist with the preparation of legal documents and client communications • Back up team members when they need a hand • Maintain strict legal practice and client confidentiality • Maintain paper and electronic case files • Receive and process daily mail • Perform basic administrative tasks Qualifications: • Available to work and be in the office Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. • Have strong administrative skills • Have strong attention to detail • Computer savvy and comfortable working with various computer programs, databases, and systems • Reliable, trustworthy, and drama-free • You don’t think making coffee or getting our guests a beverage is beneath you • Positive, high-energy team player • You care about your job and want to continue your professional development • Verbally fluent in English and Spanish, a plus Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly
