Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
· Handle communication with clients, courts, other attorneys' offices, public records custodians, etc.
·Light filing and basic correspondence drafting
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Maintain contact lists
· Assist with calendaring
SKILLS
· Proven working experience in a professional office setting, preferable legal arena
· Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols, and court system
· Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
· Computer literacy
· Proficiency in English
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
