Job Description
My firm is seeking a legal assistant/secretary. Applicants must be detailed oriented and not prone to making mistakes. The duties of the position are as follows: fill in immigration forms and prepare related documents; draft correspondences and other documents; organize, scan, and copy files; answer phone calls; request and receive information from clients; keep case data and tracking updated; provide translation; perform other clerical tasks; and assist Attorney in performing various other tasks. Ability to speak Spanish fluently is required. Prior related experience is preferred but not necessary. Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail is a must.
