We are seeking a Desktop Support Help Desk to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our internal team. You are patient and dedicated to supporting your team of professionals. Must be able to move in a fast - paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Support welcome team responsible for set up of employee workstations and equipment
- Resolve issues for internal team
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows ,Mac OS, and Gsuite
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with internal team
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
