    Job Description

    We are seeking a Desktop Support Help Desk to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our internal team. You are patient and dedicated to supporting your team of professionals. Must be able to move in a fast - paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Support welcome team responsible for set up of employee workstations and equipment
    • Resolve issues for internal team
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows ,Mac OS, and Gsuite
    • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with internal team
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
