    Well-established Renton Law Office is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, passion for excellent client service, and desire to continuously improve efficiency. Must have a positive attitude, personal or professional experience surrounding the needs of the elderly and disabled, and be a team player. Experience in Estate Planning REQUIRED: trust administration, probate, and guardianship matters is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: • Drafting, editing, and finalizing estate planning documents (Last Will and Testaments, Trusts, and Pleadings) • Preparation of deeds and other transfer documents • Preparation of trust, probate, guardianship inventories and accountings • Preparation of guardianship reports • Client meetings and signings • Ability to meet billable goals • E-Filing in King and Pierce Counties Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize, calendar, monitor, and meet all deadlines • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofing skills with strong attention to detail • Experience in tracking billable hours • Experience drafting, editing, and finalizing estate planning documents, including, but not limited to, last will and testaments, trusts, and pleadings • Experience in the preparation of deeds and other transfer documents • Experience in preparation of trust, probate, and guardianship inventories and accountings • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal rules • Experience with new WA State Guardianship law preferred • Experience with filing in Superior Court (including e-filing in Pierce and King Counties) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel • Team player, professional, with a pleasant, positive demeanor Please submit a resume and cover letter.
