Job Description

This firm receives appointments from the Superior Court to represent indigent parents in juvenile dependency proceedings. We are seeking associate attorneys to represent parents in all phases of juvenile dependency proceedings including hearings and trials in juvenile court. Dependency law deals with cases where there are allegations of child abuse and/or neglect. Associates within the firm represent parents attempting to reunify with their children.

Looking for hard working and conscientious individuals who enjoy interacting with a diverse group of individuals. Candidate should have a strong desire to represent clients in hearings and trials.
