we are ALSO hiring for the following positions if you qualify

1) SENIOR CASE MANAGER/ OR JUNIOR CASE MANAGER

We are looking for a Case manager to enhance the quality of client management, maximize satisfaction. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full client care cycle. Case manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed. A certified case manager with serious injury cases management is a plus.

Must be a multi tasker, and experienced in working up a case from a to z in pre litigation

Having worked up serious injury and catastrophic cases is a plus.

must know how to read medical records and help clients with the best customer service needed for their treatment.

• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Compassionate with teamwork skills

must have experience in high volume practice.

must be able to handle 100 cases and achieve the following below

• Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
• Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure
• Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
• Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc)
• Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
• Develop effective working relations and cooperate with medical team throughout the entire case management proces
• Take the extra mile and interact with clients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction
• Record cases information in our management system, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports
• Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
• Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues
• Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations

2) BREAKDOWN DEPT NEGOTIATOR/ MEDICAL RECORDS RETRIEVAL CLERK

must have experience doing breakdowns/ disbursements and negotiations to reduce medical providers bills. must be aggressive and goal oriented.

you will not be considered unless you have experience doing the either of the above in a Personal injury firm already.
