Marketing Coordinator
Our boutique Divorce / Family Law Firm is expanding, both in terms of the opening of new offices and offering additional legal services. We are presently hiring a Marketing Coordinator who will report directly to our Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Coordinator's Responsibilities Include:
Execute administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, answering phones, updating spreadsheets, and supporting marketing team's administrative duties
Creation, input, and tracking of marketing expenses to assist the Marketing Coordinator and Finance team with budget planning and vendor management
Support Marketing Manager with the collection and compiling of marketing reports, KPI measurements, upkeep of vendor databases
Assist with the execution of marketing collateral for print, digital, email, and social media
Maintain positive relationships with advertising vendors, answering questions, and responding in a timely manner
Maintain online directory listings and website content
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned
Research the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
Create and implement marketing campaigns
Track and report on online marketing activities
Identify, research, and report on competitors
Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to management
It is Expected That the Marketing Coordinator Will Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
2+ years of relevant work experience in administrative or marketing support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Quick learner with an interest in learning new computer software and applications
Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics
Familiarity with Content Management Software
Familiarity with content creation, graphic design, and content management systems is preferred
Experience working with social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) preferred
Strong communicator confident in communicating with internal and external contacts
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Strong analytical skills with an ability to organize data
Discretion and confidentiality
Must be a strong team player with extensive understanding of office administrative procedures and development functions
Eagerness to be part of a small, highly collaborative, and effective team, where individuals play many roles
It is expected that the new Marketing Coordinator will start as soon as possible.
