Job Description

The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz PLLC, has an immediate opening for an assistant with a prior personal injury law firm experience. 

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;

• Intake of potential clients
• Opening 1st and 3rd party claims
• Submitting MACP applications
• Creating client packets for attorneys
• Maintain client calls, meeting, depositions
• Filing motions
• Scheduling settlement conference dates
• Ability to work with a team as well as independent as needed

This position offers an opportunity for the advancement of roles and responsibilities consistent with the desires and abilities of the applicant.

The perfect candidate must have proficient English skills and speak fluent Arabic, preferably Lebanese dialect.

Compensation for this position is negotiable and is commensurate with experience and abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 1-year experience in a law firm
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel);
• Display excellent oral and written communication with a passion for grammar;
• Portray excellent client relation/customer service skills and possess a pleasant demeanor and positive attitude;
• Well organized, detail oriented, dependable, and punctual;
• Display aptitude for growth and learning;
• Excellent work ethic;
• Must enjoy working closely with clients, other support staff, and attorneys.
