    We are an entrepreneurial company on track for aggressive growth of its residential and commercial title business. We need a licensed Title Agent who can hit the ground running, process their own closings, and bring their own book of business. Ultimately, we want to be known for providing our clients with the best customer service. HOW TO APPLY: Prepare a cover letter with no more than TWO paragraphs and a closing sentence. Responsibilities: • Prepare documents in accordance with established policies and procedures and the contract • Maintain escrow records and files as well as act as escrow agent • Process files independently or work with a title processor on: • Preparing settlement statements • Confirming transaction prorations • Obtaining all required lien payoff information • Disbursement of money • Recording documents • Following written escrow instructions provided by the parties • Post-closing follow-up Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • Hold a valid Florida title agent license • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple files at once • Have a can-do and get-it-done work ethic • Available to work in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, and willing to perform occasional closings that may extend past 5 p.m.Willing to process their files independently or work with a title processor for pre-closing, closing and post-closing follow-up • Read, write, and speak the English language • Proficient speaking and writing in Spanish • Enthusiastic about marketing the title operation to local Realtors • Consistently provide the very best in customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times Candidates with extensive familiarity with real estate contracts and three or more years of experience closing real estate transactions in a title agency or law firm are highly preferred.Skills and experience are certainly important but, your personality, customer service, and integrity are perhaps more important considerations.If this opportunity appeals to you, please apply.
