Administrative Assistant sought for a boutique law firm representing children with disabilities.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage new client intake calls
- Set appointments
- Manage new client onboarding
- Organization of client files and maintain intake forms
- Organization of office files, document retention, maintain templates and other documents as required
- Update and manage content and materials for marketing purposes
- Obtain client files from various sources and organize upon receipt
- Scan then collate and reorganize client documents as directed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe required.
