Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Law Clerk with experience in legal research and writing to join our team. This role will assist the team with a wide range of writing and analysis projects. You will conduct legal research, compile case materials and prepare legal analysis of cases. The Law Clerk must be skilled in analyzing immigration agency records and criminal history records. Must be capable of making record requests, preparing legal memorandums, and drafting client declarations. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented and has experience/knowledge of immigration law. Will work under direction of an attorney.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has experience with Immigration Law
Position open to 2Ls and 3Ls
Previous experience as a Law Clerk or in a similar position is preferred
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Strong research and fact-checking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
Maintain and update documentation
Complete Legal Analysis of Immigration Cases
