Associate Family Law Attorney

Established and reputable Family Law firm is seeking a full-time Family Law attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in Family Law or equivalent in legal experience. The law firm has one managing attorney, two Senior attorneys and support staff.

We are interested in hiring an additional Family Law attorney who has litigation experience consecutively for at least the past three years.  More than three years is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate MUST be prepared to be handed assignments such as preparation of Requests for Order, drafting Preliminary Declarations of Disclosure, issuing and responding to discovery and making court appearances. Ideal Candidate must have excellent communication skills as Candidate will be required to communicate with clients on a daily basis. Court appearances will primarily be in the Hemet, Riverside and San Bernardino Family Law courts. The firm believes in work-life balance and is family friendly.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a small firm environment. The team is friendly but highly professional and enjoy working as a team as well as independently.

HIRING TERMS:

We will be conducting interviews in March and will be hiring immediately if we find the right candidate.

Annual salary starts at $95,000 but can go up and is commensurate with experience. We provide payment of bar dues, continuing education, vacation days, sick day, health, dental and other perks. There is an option to work remotely one day a week after a qualifying period.
