You'll complete a variety of tasks, but the main duties will be to answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, and assist us with other operations as needed. We offer the following employee benefits: • Health Reimbursement Account ($200 health care stipend per month) • 401(k) (coming in January 2021) • Flexible work schedule due to emergencies Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Prepare and transmit correspondence as requested • Greet visitors and clients when they arrive Qualifications: High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Reliable and punctual (including reliable transportation) • Comfortable using multiple technology platforms to complete day-to-day tasks • Ability to multi-task, managing multiple assignments and shifting priorities • 2+ years of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience is required The following is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED: • Law firm experience, or experience in another professional services area (we actually prefer candidates do NOT have legal experience) • Fluency/proficiency in Spanish language (verbal and written) Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
