    Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional full-time receptionist to be the face of our law firm. You'll complete a variety of tasks, but the main duty will be to answer phone calls and emails to schedule meetings and appointments. Other duties may include processing mail, filing, and assisting the staff with other operations as needed. ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS' RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY AT A LAW FIRM THAT PRACTICES IN THE SAME AREA OF LAW!!! Candidates without any receptionist experience will not be considered. Our staff truly works as a team to accomplish our goals. The work environment is high-demand, but also very congenial. While this is a receptionist position, if you are interested in advancing your career in the law, we will be 100% supportive Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Qualifications: • Reliable and punctual (including reliable transportation) • Comfortable using multiple technology platforms to complete day-to-day tasks • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple assignments, and shift priorities • 2+ years of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience is required The following is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED: • Fluency/proficiency in Spanish language (verbal and written) Compensation: $17 Starting (Depends on Experience)
