Mid-Size Tax Law Firm seeks an Experienced, Professional Tax Preparer to handle tax issues, advise our clients, and prepare Personal, Business and Complex Tax Returns.

An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and have experience preparing 1040, 1120, 1120s and 1065 returns.

Duties will include:

· Tax Preparation including 1040, 1120, 1120s and 1065 returns (must have experience)

· Tax Compliance and Reporting

· Possible IRS negotiations

· Audit preparation and support

· Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients on financial matters
