Personal Injury Litigation Firm, with offices in Las Vegas, NV and Long Beach, CA seeks an “Exceptional Associate Attorney” to join our firm. This position will offer opportunities to have paid travel between the office locations along with immense growth with the firm.

This office is located in Long Beach, CA. We do offer this as Hybrid - work in the office part of the time and work remotely part of the time.

Our firm focuses on large, complex, and high value cases (multi-million dollar settlements) and is recognized for their expertise and achievements of its trial lawyers who have won some of the largest verdicts nationwide.

The ideal Attorney will have experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law and understand the Pre-Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement whether it be with the Insurance Company, Mediation, or Trial.

Experience in Motion Hearings, Taking and Defending Depositions, Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Discovery process, Negotiations, and Strong Analytical Skills are a must. Writing skills and client service skills are a must. Trial experience is mandatory.

You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should possess leadership skills and be able to manage your own case load, be flexible, and able to adjust to change and growth.
