Our mid-size Law Firm practices Plaintiff Personal Injury Law and we are looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 plus years of experience in Civil Litigation, preferably experience in Personal Injury. You need to be detail oriented, organized and know the litigation/discovery process in Nevada.

Duties will include:

· E-filing

· Calendaring

· Preparing discovery shells for the Attorneys

· Monitoring the Discovery deadlines

· Working with the clients, courts, opposing counsel and your attorneys

You will have a team of Case Managers working the cases up with/for you.
