Law Firm seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with approximately 5 plus years of litigation experience. This Attorney will practice in Civil Litigation, with a variety in General Liability, Commercial Litigation, Construction and Real Property. Experience in Civil Insurance Defense, Construction, and/or Real Property would qualify you for this role.

Qualified candidates will be licensed in CA, be in good standing and possess experience in taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, working up discovery and preparing Motions and Briefs. It is necessary to have knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure and to have excellent writing and research skills.
