Paralegal - Hybrid working conditions are available!

Growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firms seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team! We handle large, complex and high value cases along with soft tissue injuries that can be settled in Pre-Litigation.

This position includes and requires the Paralegal to be able to handle the entire process of a Personal Injury case from the initial client intake through settlement.

Experience Required:

· Pre-Litigation Process including preparing Demands

· Calendaring

· E-filing

· Discovery process – propounding and responding

· Drafting pleadings and correspondence

· Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure

· Working with clients, attorneys, adjusters and medical providers

· Scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, etc.

· Preparing for trial including Exhibit Binders, working with experts, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation experience with at least 3 of that in Plaintiff Personal Injury law. You will play a key role in this position and need to be positive, able to adapt to change, be outgoing, compassionate, able to work independently and handle the case management process. You will be working closely with one or two of the named partners of the firm.

Benefits are included and your salary will depend on your experience - $75K-85K plus. Our firm offers an excellent opportunity for growth!
