Friendly and professional customer service skills

A strong desire to learn and advance in the IT field

Personal experience using Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems

Personal experience with Wi-Fi, printers, smart phones, and internet connections

IT coursework and prior helpdesk experience are helpful, but not required

Job duties will include: · Assisting end users with Microsoft Office and other applications · Assisting end users with and troubleshooting remote access · Assisting end users with installation of printers, scanners, webcams and other peripherals · Troubleshooting Office 365 applications and email · Building new pcs and laptops from image · Providing mobile device support · Occasional work at client premises This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and compensation.
